| Happygamer is the result of a bunch of guys who met eachother in 1999 by gaming there ass of with Return to the Castle of Wolfenstein. |
| Rocco and Loneranger were neighbours in their youth, some thousand years ago, but still kept in touch now and then. They started playing Delta Force together and had some great fun sneaking and fragging. But then came Return to the Castle of Wolfenstein in 1999 and both directly got adicted to this great game. So they started to play this online and forgot about Delta Force. | |
| Whenever they could they played online and on a given day they met a very sportive player named Finisher who very soon became their "favorite LT". The 3 of us looked up eachother when we could and gamed our ass off. After a while we met another good and sportive player named Vuilnis who became our favorite "doc's runner". It is a small world because we learned that Vuilnis also lived in Apeldoorn (our city) and "knew" Rocco and Loneranger. The 4 of us now played together a lot and then decided to join a clan named =AS=. We (Rocco, Finisher, Vuilnis and Loneranger) had our first clanmeeting at Lonerangers house. |  |
 | We soon left the clan to join another clan named "Bats outta Hell" or |B@H|. This clan needed more players and directly we thought of Spitfire. We had seen and played with him often. A good and sportive player, just someone who you need in a clan. And Spitfire agreed and joined the clan. Played some ladders and had lot of fun and good (and worse) games.
We had our 2nd clanmeeting and Rocco, Garbage (Vuilnis), Finisher , Spitfire and Loneranger met eachother again in Apeldoorn at Lonerangers home. It was fun to see eachother in real life again. They went to "de wallen" (redlight district)in Amsterdam where Finisher had some scary moments..:) Some girls are special it showed...:P |
After a while the clan grew apart by different points of views and goals. Rocco, Finisher, Garbage (Vuilnis), Spitfire and Loneranger stepped out and started their own clan the Roaming Regulators or RRc!. Tiamat and Asket, 2 Russian friends living in Germany, joined to strengthen our lines..:) Later on we could get hold of Fantomas, another sportive and good player. We played together a lot and even in some ladders with good and worse results. We had a lot of fun and good games.
And our 3th and last clanmeeting. Rocco, Finster (was Finisher before), Garbage, Loneranger, Tiamat and Asket met in Apeldoorn at Lonerangers house. Another weekend of fun with wodka (of course) and happy smoke for some of us...:) |  |
| But after a while our goals and points of view grew apart here also. New games rose at the horizon but different people is different tastes and so it was for us. So we decided to stop gaming as in being in a clan and all the duty's and agreements that come with it. This was the end of RRc! or "the Roaming Regulators clan". But Garbage, Fantomas, Finster, Rocco, Spitfire and Loneranger still had some bonding and wanted to stay together on a free base. Be able to game with eachother now and then and keep in touch. But also be able to join other clans and play other games. |
| The solution was "Happygamer.nl". This became our place in cyberspace where the few of us could keep in touch.
No clan, no rules, no strings attached.
Just a meeting ground for a bunch of happy gamers with a history of gaming fun...:) |
